At Lake Wales Soccer Club, our recreational program is — and always will be — the heartbeat of our club. The Academy Program is being developed to enhance and strengthen that foundation, creating an additional pathway for players who are ready for more advanced training and competitive opportunities — while continuing to elevate the overall experience for every player in our club.
The Academy will focus on structured player development, age-appropriate curriculum, and a positive, high-standard training environment. By raising the bar in coaching education, player development standards, and club-wide alignment, the Academy will directly benefit our recreational program through shared resources, mentorship, and a unified soccer philosophy.
This is not a shift away from rec — it’s an investment in the future of LWSC as a whole.
We are building this program thoughtfully and intentionally to ensure it reflects our values, serves our families, and creates long-term opportunities for our players.
